We performed an experiment to prove that the bright white light is harsher on people’s eyes than the yellow tint light of the same lumen.

This was the setup for our experiment. As you can see, we had two lights one was a yellow tinted light and the other light was a bright white light

The first test was to figure out which of the lights was the brightest to the participant. We showed the participants two lights, and they would tell us which of the lights they felt were the brightest. The two different lights that we tested on people were a yellow tint light and a bright white light. The second part of the experiment tested how far people could walk with two lights of the same lumens on. The science content experts measured out where the light hurt the participants’ eyes and recorded the results.
